Bill is the most experienced member of our property management team. Before entering the real estate business, Bill served in the military, served as a senior executive with the Federal government, and earned his Master of Business Administration. A real estate broker for over 35 years, Bill has run his own real estate/property management firm. Bill has also owned and managed properties all over the United States. Bill is the head of the commercial division for Tiner Properties, Inc. (Asset Investment Managers). His wealth of knowledge and experience is a great resource for our clients and makes him a wonderful mentor for Ben too. |

Sandi joined our staff in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant in the Commercial Division. Her primary job is to assist Bill Richardson and Ben Tiner with the administrative functions of running the Commercial Division. Before joining us she worked for over twenty years as a federal employee in Human Resources for the Department of Navy in Sunnyvale, California. Seven years ago her family relocated to Roseville, California so they could be closer to Sandi's elderly parents and she could spend more time with her teenage son. Sandi is studying to get her real estate license. When she is not working, studying or spending time with her family Sandi enjoys reading, cooking, sewing and needle crafts.

Susan had 10 years experience as a property manager before coming to work for our company in 1995. She is responsible for a residential portfolio of about 400 properties. Susan has an amazing variety of skills that make her an expert property manager: Great judgment, a strong work ethic, the ability to handle many projects at the same time, a thorough understanding of maintenance and construction, and a talent for understanding both sides of a situation while keeping the owners best interest in mind. |

Melanie obtained her Real Estate License in 2006, and joined the family business as a marketing and leasing specialist. She understands that every day a property sits vacant, the owner receives no income. Her focus is on maximizing the marketing of our vacant properties and finding well-qualified tenants. Before joining the Tiner Team, Melanie spent 8 years in Corporate banking and Commercial Lending. Melanie offers a variety of experience which makes her a valuable asset to our team. When Melanie is not working, she enjoys her time with husband, Ben Tiner, and their 2 children.

As the first point of contact, Krystal Tiner understands the importance of customer service and streamlining the relationship between owners and tenants and their property manager. With over 4 years experience in retail sales with Nordstrom, Krystal brings valuable customer service and sales experience to our team. Krystal is more than a receptionist, she also does the applicant investigations and continually monitors all the vendors to insure they remain licensed and insured. She is in the process of obtaining her Real Estate license and looks forward to further using her sales knowledge as an ongoing and vital member of the Tiner Management Team. In her free time, Krystal enjoys horticulture, rafting, camping and backpacking. |
