Understanding that you will be leasing the property to a new tenant with a Lease Contract that contains a binding written start date, I further promise that I will move out and leave the property clean and ready to move in to on . As soon as the rent starts with the new tenant, I will be released from the balance of my lease obligation - not withstanding the costs discribed in the Break Lease letter which I have received, understand, and agree to.
