John W Tiner became a Realtor and joined his parents in the family business in 1987. Shortly after acquiring his real estate license, he took the coursework necessary to earn the designation of GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute). John has been a continuing member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 1994. John's primary duties as CEO of Tiner Properties, Inc., are to run the company, sign up and price all new rental properties, and sell real estate. John has closed over 500 real estate sales. His extensive understanding of property management and rent values make him a specialist in selling investment real estate. When he is not working, John appreciates being able to spend time with his 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys traveling with his wife, ministry, and playing racquetball.
