Assistant Property Manager with Premier Sacramento Property Management Company
A dynamic, growing and established Residential Property Management Company seeks an Assistant Residential Property Manager. This professional individual must be team player, outstanding communicator and be able to take the lead on projects as they occur along with being responsible for assisting the Residential Property Manager. General office experience a must! Real estate experiences a plus. Must have a high level of skill in computer, internet and verbal communication. This is a FLEX time position; hours ranging from 30-40 hours per week. The assistant must be able to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post legal notices such as 3-day notices and evictions.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing owners/clients, residents/tenants, vendors and potential customers.
- Prepare maintenance requests for current residents and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
- Prepare and organize all leasing paperwork.
- Assist the Residential Property Manager with marketing and tenant retention.
- Responsible for knowing all current rental policies as they relate to Fair Housing, discrimination and occupancy standards.
- Handle and insure outstanding client services in the absence of the Residential Property Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrates skills in leadership.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
- Experience with Property Management software such as Promas preferred, but not required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing, warm and friendly attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
EDUCATION, TRAINING and or REQUIRMENTS:
- High School diploma.
- California Drivers license, auto insurance, and transportation.
- Willingness to provide a current credit report, Credit Score of 6oo or better.
