John is owner and CEO of Tiner Properties Since acquiring his Real Estate license in 1987, John has earned the designation of GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), and reached Masters Club production level for real estate sales. His management style is to hire excellent people and form their job duties around their best natural abilities. With nearly 3 decades of experience, John has become an expert in all aspects of property management, investment properties, and real estate sales. John regularly testifies and an expert witness in court as to rent values and has been a continuing member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 1994. As CEO, John maintains the Tiner culture of respect, professionalism, and excellence within his team, signs up new accounts, and sells investment real estate. John especially appreciates being able to work with both his parents & grown children in the family business. Susan has over 25 years of experience in property management. She is the Residential Division Manager and mentor to all the other property managers. In addition, she manages her own residential portfolio. Susan has a variety of skills that make her an expert property manager: Great judgment, a strong work ethic, the ability to handle many projects at the same time, a thorough understanding of property management law as well as maintenance and construction, and a talent for understanding both sides of a situation while keeping the owners best interest in mind. When Susan is not working, she enjoys reading & traveling.

When Amber is not working, she enjoys travel, great friendships, and her beloved Beagles.

After learning fantastic customer service skills at Nordstrom's, Krystal Tiner joined the family business in 2009. She worked her way through all aspects of the office before becoming an Assistant Property Manager and ultimately an Expert Property Manager. She has proved herself to be an efficient, thorough, and smart manager. Her cheerful phone etiquette and competence leaves owners and tenants assured that they are dealing with a true professional. In her free time, Krystal enjoys time spent on the river, gardening and camping.

As a licensed Assistant Property Manager to Susan Runkle, Melissa understands the importance of customer service and streamlining the relationship between owners and tenants. In her spare time, Melissa loves crafts, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Holly joined the Tiner team in 2013 as the front desk receptionist and has moved up quickly due to her great skill set & work ethic. She was promoted to the Leasing Department, where she used her customer service and communication skills on a daily basis. Holly soon advanced to assistant property manager and took on the property management accounting system. Holly is now a full time Property Manager, Administrative & Leasing Supervisor, and Bookkeeper. Holly is dedicated and organized in her work and always keeps a smile on her face. In her spare time she enjoys the company of her friends and family, whether it is on a Disney vacation or quick trip to the store.

Marci came to Tiner Properties in 2012 to take on the integral service of property inspections. Being Sheri Tiner’s little sister, Marci is literally part of the Tiner family team. Marci's warm smile and confident manner help to place tenants at ease. Her experience and completion of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) training provides the background for the thorough inspections that are invaluable to Property Managers and property owners alike. Communication is key - and Marci is an important link in that chain. In her free time Marci enjoys climbing. You may find her atop her favorite vista, half dome in Yosemite.

Sheri was the cofounder of Tiner Properties with her husband (John L Tiner, Sr) in 1976. Sheri is multi-talented and knows all aspects of property management; however, her forte is meticulous bookkeeping. Everyone who works with Sheri finds it amazing that she can accomplish all she does, as well as she does, with a smile and such genuine peace and kindness. She is a joy to work with. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family (maybe that's why she works with so many of them too), and 2 dogs – Brook and Sierra.

Nessa worked in the banking industry for 8 years before becoming a customer representative for the Tiner banking account. The Tiner team was so impressed with her service that we hired her in 2011. She started with our Leasing Team and quickly moved into her forte as an administrative assistant. She assists in our office with new accounts, closing accounts, invoicing, work orders, utilities, billing, and continues to help out in leasing and the front desk from time to time. Nessa is enthusiastic, resourceful, helpful, and cheerful. In her spare time, Nessa enjoys the outdoors, flea markets, movies, her two dachshunds, and spending time with friends and family.
